Take a butternut or acorn squash and split it in half. Hollow out the seeds. Take a pea sized dab of olive oil and rub it all over the squash so that there is a thin layer of oil. Sprinkle the squash with garlic salt and chili powder, as much or as little as you like. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Just set the squash in the oven, no foil or pan. It’s so good, so easy and so cheap!
