I call it “Bird Seed.” I adapted it from a recipe I saw on Pinterest. It’s easy, and can be vegan if you use vegan chocolate chips. It’s a little too good actually, because I’ve eaten way to much of it in the past few days!
1 cup raw oatmeal
2 spoonfuls of peanut (or other nut) butter
handful of raisins
1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
enough honey to make it all stick together
Mix all ingredients together until the honey and peanut butter make it all stuck together. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour and then roll into balls. It can also be eaten with a spoon right out of the bowl!
