Ingredients
1. Gluten free noodles, such as
Deboles Rice and Flax
2. Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, or whatever fresh veggies you have on hand
3. Italian seasoning
4. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Chop up the veggies, cook the noodles, mix it all together with the seasoning and dressing. Easy, healthy and delicious!
